FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
-
Welcome! For this retreat, you will need to fill out the registration form above as well as Camp Orchard Hill's online form for Winter Blast Weekend 6 – listed under Youth Retreats. There are detailed registration instructions right above the form. Please do not select the t-shirt ($22) size. You have the option of a hoodie through Calvary’s registration! If you have any questions that are not addressed on that page, you can always contact us!
-
If it went through, you should get a confirmation email.
-
If you did not receive a confirmation email, then something may have gone wrong. Please email Calvary Students.
-
We are happy to help you with that! We never want a student to miss out on a retreat because of financial need. When registering, select Scholarship Registration, follow the steps to enter in your student’s information and answer the questions to apply for a scholarship. If you have any questions regarding scholarships, please email Calvary Students.
-
You will be required to submit either the full payment or a deposit at the end of the registration form (or partial payment, if you are applying for a scholarship).

Why? There is nothing inherently evil with cell phones. Simply remember our purpose...cell phones by their very nature can hinder us from "getting away" and focusing on connecting with each other. When we plug into our phones, we tend to unplug from others. Parents, please help us by honoring these requests. Your student does not need a cell phone to get in contact with you "just in case." They will always be near an adult who can take care of any situations or can contact you in case of emergency.
-
Someone on staff will call the phone number you provided us on the registration form. Please be sure that this information is accurate.
-
The emergency contact information will be given to you at Check-In. You may also contact your student's small group leader if needed.
-
Please indicate this on your student’s registration.
-
That is okay! You can download the medication form here, and just bring that with you to Check-In. We do need one of these forms in order to be able to dispense medication to your student, so be sure to fill one out! There will also be blank printed copies available for you to fill out at Check-In.
-
Not to worry! We will post all of the information that your student will need for camp no later than 2 weeks before they leave. This will include Check-In details, packing list, schedule, student & safety guidelines, dress codes, & prayer list.

In the event that you cannot attend a trip or event and need to cancel, please keep in mind the following: Deposits are always non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final payment will be due in full on December 3, 2023. It will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable at this time.
In the event of Covid-19 illness or exposure, please contact us.
-
Well, that depends. If you want a refund (minus the deposit which is non-refundable), they would need to pull out before registration closes on December 3. Otherwise, there is not technically a drop-out date, but it is extremely beneficial to all of us planning the retreat if we get this information at least two weeks before camp. But you don’t have to wait that long, either…the earlier we know, the better!
-
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to Calvary Students and confirmed with a response email. Cancellations made between now and December 3 will receive a refund (minus the deposit which is non-refundable). Cancellations sent after December 3 will receive no refund.

If your child cannot join the church group on the bus due to prior commitments during those hours, you have the option to personally transport them to camp at a later time, pick them up earlier, or both. You must fill out this form (link here) to let us know the details so we can be available to meet your student or have them ready for pick up.
